Holly Wreaths Yield 4 dozen


1 cup            Butter

3 oz              Cream Cheese

cup           Sugar

1 tsp             Vanilla

2 cups           Flour


  1. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar well. Beat in vanilla. 
  2. Gradually blend in flour.
  3. Fill cookie press.  Form cookies on un-greased cookie sheets using star plate No. 2.   Hold press in semi-horizontal position and form wreaths by moving press in a circular motion.  Gently push ends of dough together to from wreaths. 
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Remove at once to cooling racks.
